Sky Cutler grew up in the Silicon Valley of Northern California. As a baby, his crib was in the kitchen of his families restaurant, and as he got older he took on more roles. Growing up in a New York Times rated restaurant provided him with a solid foundation in the hospitality industry. Upon graduating from Florida Atlantic University with a BA in Hospitality Management, he worked to save enough money for travel abroad. A one year trip quickly turned into 2+ years where he was fortunate enough to travel multiple continents. Upon meeting a group of entrepreneurs during his travels, he became the GM at a boutique hotel & restaurant in Bali, Indonesia. After completing his time as GM he spent the next few years opening his own restaurant and consulting for other businesses in Bali. In an effort to make the world more positive through hospitality, he tries to implement sustainable solutions wherever he works. If we can be more mindful in our every day decision making we can inspire others to do the same.
